General Hospital Spoilers 3/12/25: Carly Takes Action!

Things are getting tense in today’s General Hospital spoilers! Alexis and Kristina have a heart-to-heart about the latest drama, Chase asks Dante about Lulu, Laura offers her congratulations to Curtis, Drew checks in on Willow, Ric brings bad news to Portia, and Carly realizes they can’t afford to waste any more time!

While having coffee together, Alexis and Kristina find themselves diving into the latest happenings in Port Charles. “What was he thinking?” Alexis wonders aloud. It’s probably about Drew confronting Tracy, but with so much going on in town, it could be about any number of things!

In the steam room, Chase observes Dante’s shift in attitude toward his ex-wife and asks, “Did something happen that made you want to give Lulu a break?”

After Drew had Tracy arrested over the Quartermaine family crypt issue, Curtis took action by using Aurora Media to bring the politician’s abuse of power to light. It seems the story made an impact because Laura congratulates Curtis on his success. “Anyone willing to stand up against him deserves my applause,” she says.

Willow is at the hospital when Drew approaches to check in on their relationship. “Are you ashamed to be seen with me?” he asks, wondering if Willow is having second thoughts after seeing a different side of him.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Portia receives an update from Ric regarding Drew blackmailing her with evidence that she tampered with Heather’s blood test results. “Is it as bad as I think it is?” she asks, to which Ric grimly responds, “It’s worse.”

As Drew starts to lose control, Carly visits Nina and insists they need to act quickly. “We need to move forward with our plan now!” she declares. What exactly do they have in mind, and will they succeed in bringing Drew down?
