Soap actors may now communicate with their fans through social media, and General Hospital’s Kate Mansi (Kristina) hit Twitter/X again after learning that her Instagram account had been suspended! (Although the actress made light of the fact that she didn’t know what went wrong, she acknowledged that her Instagram account was suspended “because I was a naughty girl.”)
Mansi recently uploaded a brief TikTok video in which she was seen trying to take out a piece of glass on her own, revealing that she was wearing a boot on her left foot. She groaned, “It’s important to remember that you’re not a doctor when you think you are.” Then, because her left foot was in a boot, she was seen moving around with her left sneaker in her hand.

In a different tweet, Mansi inquired, “How’d you shower again with yours?” to Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), a cast member of The Young & the Restless who had previously portrayed Nina on General Hospital. Stafford posted a video on Instagram a month prior, revealing that she had sprained her ankle and trying to cover her bandaged ankle in a plastic bag to prevent it from getting wet while taking a shower.
Mansi, who played Abigail on Days of Our Lives before, joked that she’s still not a genuine doctor despite her current employment on GH. She wrote, “My stepdad’s an OB, but that doesn’t really help us here.”
