Coronation Street has been removed from its usual Friday schedule to accommodate the UEFA Women’s Nations League match, where England’s Lionesses will face off against Portugal’s women’s team.
Coronation Street has been bumped from its usual Friday night slot this week due to the UEFA Women’s Nations League football match.
England’s Lionesses will go head-to-head with Portugal’s women’s team on February 21, so Corrie will air tonight (February 18) at 8pm instead. Alternatively, fans can catch the episode now on ITVX, where it’s available to stream.
Corrie fans need not worry about missing any drama from the cobbles, as the soap will air tonight (Tuesday, February 18) at 8pm, with the episode already available to stream on ITVX.
The soap has faced several schedule changes in recent weeks to make way for live sports coverage.

This follows the announcement that significant changes are on the horizon for both Coronation Street and Emmerdale in 2026.
Both soaps will return to 30-minute episodes, airing at 8pm each weeknight, effectively reducing their weekly episode count by one.
ITV executives explained that the decision was based on audience research into viewing habits, with the new schedule being dubbed a “soap power hour.”

It’s a tense week in Weatherfield as Rob Donovan (Marc Baylis) is brutally attacked and left for dead following his prison break. In an unexpected twist, suspicion falls on DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) as a potential culprit.
Meanwhile, Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) regains consciousness after his operation, only to be disheartened when he realizes Abi Webster (Sally Carman) isn’t by his side.

Abi sits in the car park, haunted by the memory of Mason Radcliffe’s last moments. When she notices a gurney with a sheet covering it, curiosity gets the better of her. As she lifts the sheet, she is met with a shocking sight—what has Abi discovered?
Meanwhile, Kevin receives reassuring news from the doctor that his operation was a success. Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) informs him that she has arranged for Abi to see a therapist and has offered to cover the cost of her treatment.
