It must not be discounted!
Alright, so perhaps this is a very bizarre theory. however, do bear with us!
Here’s why we shouldn’t rule out Aggie despite her sudden departure from the cobbles last year—someone has killed Joel.
Coronation Street whodunnit kicks off after Joel murder
Upon discovering a letter on Joel’s car dashboard, the police initially believed that Joel had committed himself. Though initially they didn’t uncover a body.
The story completely changed last night, Monday, October 14, when some boys discovered Joel’s body in the river.
After Joel’s post-mortem revealed that there was no water in his lungs, Kit informed Lauren that this indicated Joel had passed away before to entering the water. Stated differently, he was slain.
After that, Kit questioned Lauren about her whereabouts the night Joel vanished, while Ed and Ronnie behaved strangely in the bar.
Corrie has already revealed that several suspects will be included in a sequence of flashbacks that are scheduled to occur. But may everything ultimately come down to Aggie Bailey, one person in particular? Listen to us.
Coronation Street Joel murder suspect: Aggie Bailey?
The reason for Aggie Bailey’s disappearance will never fully be known. Aggie, who was last seen in June of last year, appeared one day and disappeared the next, ostensibly to take care of an aunt in Birmingham.
Following her phone breakup with Ed after learning of his gambling addiction, their many years of marriage came to an abrupt stop. Odd.
What if, however, Aggie’s absence had never been intended to be random? What if her ultimate goal had always been to kill Joel again? A “forgotten” figure making a comeback to murder Joel while remaining undetected?
Given that Dee-Dee and Joel were scheduled to tie the knot on September 27th, Aggie was probably thinking about coming back to the Street for the occasion. It’s likely that she even scheduled the time off work and everything, which is quite significant for the woman who sustains the NHS all by herself!
Aggie may have simply carried out her original plans as she was already set to be in Weatherfield on that particular day. Aggie would have wanted to shield her daughter after learning how Joel had wrecked her life.
She had the option to approach him and surprise him by striking him fatally. Aggie has the ideal justification if she decides to go back into hiding: she was in Birmingham taking care of her aunt!
It’s possible that Ed and Ronnie had suspicious chat in the Rovers because they were aware of Aggie’s violent tendencies. Everything made perfect sense.
We’ll overlook you if you feel that this notion is a little too outrageous. However, one thing is certain—Joel was murdered. However, whodunnit?
