Coronation Street: Mandy and Rob’s escape plan
Viewers are aware that prison officer Mandy is secretly in a relationship with prisoner Rob Donovan.
She’s assisting him in plotting his escape from prison, using Carla’s transplant surgery as the perfect opportunity.
Next week, with Lisa promising a reduced sentence if he follows through with the kidney donation, Rob undergoes the operation.
However, he then assaults a prison officer, steals their uniform, and threatens Carla with a gun.
Later, Rob is found unconscious at the bottom of some stairs, with the gun beside him. A police investigation is then launched…
Coronation Street fans predict a twist involving Mandy’s death.
With the tension rising between Carla, Rob, and Lisa next week, fans are now speculating that Mandy could end up caught in the middle – and meet her demise.
One fan commented: “Today’s episode made it clear that Lisa already knows what’s coming. But she needs to ensure the transplant goes ahead. One thing that left me unsure – between Carla and Mandy, Rob might surprise us and be the one to kill Mandy. Delulu theory.”
