1. Shona’s mysteriously injured
After David insists Shona sleep on the sofa, she receives a text and leaves, ending up at a hotel door… Later, she comes back home with a broken arm, claiming to David that she fell down the stairs and fractured it in two places.
She also explains to David that she ripped her coat during the fall… However, the truth is she had been at the station after narrowly avoiding being hit by a car connected to a stolen vehicle tied to Debbie.
Coronation Street spoilers: 2. Gail shares an update
Gail and Jesse call the Platts together to deliver a big announcement. However, when Harry appears holding a pile of cash, David and Jesse struggle to hide their reactions.
The Platts reunite at the Bistro, where Gail insists Eileen join them. Sarah introduces a quiz, which Eileen uses as an opportunity to tease Gail at every turn.
Worries for Frankie
Joel’s parents arrive and invite Dee-Dee to a memorial service in honor of Joel’s birthday. Spotting Max approaching with Frankie in the pram, Dee-Dee attempts to steer Gus and Anthea in another direction. Max is stunned when he realizes exactly who he’s just introduced Frankie to.
Gus and Anthea sit down with solicitor Cliff but abruptly end the meeting when Max arrives with Frankie. Max then invites Joel’s parents to No.8, leaving them to watch Frankie briefly while he heads upstairs.
Max is thrown into a panic when he discovers they’ve left after he comes back downstairs. Later, Lauren becomes concerned when she learns that Frankie is being taken to the hospital for tests after bruises are found on his body. What’s happening with Frankie?
Coronation Street spoilers: 4. Evelyn prepares for a showdown
Evelyn opens her Christmas gift from Roy and is delighted to find a backgammon set. She then sets up the board at the pub, but Steve accidentally spills his beer all over it.
Evelyn is upset and sends Steve a letter telling him she’s prepared to take him to small claims court. After receiving advice from Alya, Steve agrees to pay the £325 Evelyn demanded. However, Evelyn later confesses that she made up the letter. Alya invites Evelyn to a criminal law lecture, but Evelyn soon gets caught trying to steal a name badge from the table.
Kit and Craig face off
After Debbie’s car is stolen and involved in a crash, Kit catches Craig reviewing the CCTV footage again. He steps in, asserting his authority over the case. How will Craig react to this?
Kit and Daisy grow closer
Bethany is frustrated when she sees Jenny wearing her top. Tensions escalate between her and Daisy, as Sarah urges Bethany to either forgive Daniel or end things with him. Later, Daisy asks Kit to join her for a drink, but will there be a spark between them?
