Billy continues to keep Phil’s depression and his stay at the mental health unit a secret from Lexi, even though Honey believes it’s the wrong decision.
Nigel nearly slips up in front of Lexi, frustrating Billy, before later noticing Lexi reading one of the letters he wrote to his family on the night he intended to take his own life.
In a moment of confusion, Nigel mistakenly confuses Lexi with Clare. Startled, Lexi expresses her worries to Billy, fearing that Phil might be dead.
Billy is convinced that Nigel caused Lexi’s distress and decides to confront him. Meanwhile, Callum gets ready to reveal the truth to Lexi about Phil’s whereabouts.
After some tension, peace is finally restored, and Lexi is updated on the situation. Linda and Nigel then join Billy, Lexi, and Callum as they head to visit Phil at the mental health unit.

A special episode of the soap will air, focusing on Phil’s time in the mental health unit, covering the period from February 20th to four weeks later in the present day.
The episode begins with Phil feeling quite isolated, struggling to open up during therapy sessions. However, he gradually begins to form a bond with another patient named Gaz.
Feeling upset that Gaz is leaving the unit, Phil continues with the personal work needed for his recovery. Support worker Yasmin then proposes that Phil is ready to return home.
After listening to voicemails from Sharon and Nigel, Phil decides to discharge himself.

On the fourth anniversary of Shireen’s disappearance, Harry is visited by her brother Asad, who now believes Harry is innocent.
Nicola organizes a vigil for Shireen at Harry’s Barn, but Asad arrives and accuses Teddy of murdering her. Harry steps in to defend his father, while Teddy insists he didn’t kill Shireen.
Once alone, Harry confronts Teddy, demanding the truth. Meanwhile, Nicola meets with someone named Benji and inquires about Shireen’s whereabouts.
Later, Ravi informs Nicola about a drug supply at Walford East, but Teddy catches her in the act, forcing her to admit to the dealing.
Cunning Nicola attempts to interfere in Teddy’s business plans with Junior. However, unbeknownst to her, Teddy secretly finalizes the deal with Junior, keeping it hidden from his ex-wife.
- Tensions rise as Martin’s funeral approaches.
Jean offers to assist Ruby with organizing Martin’s funeral, but Ruby isn’t too fond of Jean getting involved.
Following Kathy’s advice, Jean persuades Ruby to accept her help. She later visits No.45 to express her gratitude to Kathy.
However, Kathy finds herself in an uncomfortable position when Ruby and Jean clash over their differing opinions on the funeral arrangements…
Meanwhile, Amy and Avani do their best to comfort Lily as she struggles with her grief. But will their support be enough?
