General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) had almost become a respected member of the Port Charles community until recently. However, the town hasn’t forgotten the terrible things she did in her early years. Ava’s past includes killing Connie Falconeri (last played by Megan Ward) in cold blood and being indirectly responsible for the death of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).

But when her daughter Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) was murdered, Ava began to soften a bit. She even found love with Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss). This period marked a significant transformation for Ava, as she started to seek redemption and rebuild her life.

Ava and Nikolas tried to make their marriage work, but it wasn’t meant to be. Nikolas ended up going to prison, and Ava moved in with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) when her life was seemingly threatened.

Ava enjoyed being in Sonny’s orbit, not just because they share a daughter, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). She even went as far as manipulating her best friend, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), into ending her marriage to Sonny.

However, Nina eventually realized that Ava had been playing her and decided to end their friendship for good.

GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson has been like a second daughter to Ava Jerome

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) became Ava’s intern at her gallery, and over time, their relationship evolved beyond a professional one. Ava became like a second mother to Trina, and Ava began to feel a deep maternal affection for her. They have worked together at the gallery for years, and when Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) died, Ava provided Trina with a safe space to mourn.

However, their relationship now seems poised for a significant change.

Ava asked Trina to leverage her friendship with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to gather any damaging information about Sonny, who appears ready to file for sole custody of Avery. This request puts Trina in a difficult position, potentially straining her relationship with Josslyn and challenging her loyalty to Ava.

Trina told Ava that she couldn’t help her, but Ava persisted. Trina later confided in Josslyn that Ava seemed to be like the evil woman Spencer always warned her about. If Ava continues to push Trina to spy on her best friend, it could lead to Trina walking out of Ava’s life, leaving Ava even more isolated and without allies.
