Coronation Street: All the flaws in Stefan Brent fire reveal as Jack confesses to arson

For some, the revelation wasn’t accurate.

In Coronation Street’s episode from last night, Jack Webster, a young man, admitted to arson. After starting to burn Stefan Brent’s automobile, the fire proceeded to his office, where he was present.

This was done as payback for Stefan’s creation and dissemination of deepfake pornography featuring Jack’s mother, Abi. At first, Kevin and Abi thought they had started the fire together. Still, when Jack revealed everything, they were stunned.

Jack did the proper thing and admitted to the crime while the police were looking into it. Jack was subsequently taken into custody by the police for arson.

As the scenes developed, viewers became aware of the “flaws” in Jack’s account.

Coronation Street viewers slam ‘flawed’ Stefan Brent arson attack as Jack confesses

As the show aired last night on X, many fans immediately pointed out all of the alleged problems with the narrative. The details of Jack’s crime didn’t add up to many people.

“One viewer questioned how Jack knew Stefan Brent’s address when he didn’t even know Brent’s identity when he let Brent into the house a few days ago.”

And did Jack pick up the skills necessary to drive, take control of one of the cars in the garage, go to Brent’s house, and utilize ten gallons of gasoline from Webster’s garage as an accelerant? Or did he ride the bus or tram to Brent’s house with ten gallons of accelerant?” the same viewer asked in a comment to this page.

“So Jack left Alfie by himself in the house?” Another person spoke up, inquiring as to the whereabouts of Jack’s younger brother during his absence.

“LOL Jack calls and admits, so they head right to that place! Who will accompany the young man for his interview? Another person made the observation, “He is supposed to be underaged, etc.

A third viewer made the suggestion that “Jack would’ve known about the dangers if he’d been at the garage learning instead of being allowed to lounge about.”
