General Hosptial Spoilers: Will Ava Frame Sonny For Murder – Is Agent Cates About To Expire?

Spoilers for General Hospital hint that Adam Harrington’s character, FBI Agent John Cates, is gaining a lot of enemies in Port Charles. His latest scheme to use Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to unseat Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) was a complete failure.

Additionally, he has been making a lot of noise in Port Charles in the hopes that someone will assist him in locking Sonny up permanently. He had no idea that his scheme might prove to be a little too successful. It might potentially endanger his life.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos wants John Cates stopped for good

When Cates attempted to have Carly found guilty of RICOH crimes, Sonny became enraged. A few months before, he had previously beaten Cates, but it had done nothing but strengthen Cates’ resolve to put Sonny in jail.

The whole incident came to a head outside the courthouse prior to Carly being charged. Cates teased Sonny to the point where he nearly struck the man.

Fortunately, though, Sonny was restrained by Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) before Cates could have him taken into custody for assault. However, Sonny’s anger only becomes worse every day.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome wants to take Sonny Corinthos down

Ava Jerome (Maura West) discovered months prior that Sonny was only taking approximately 25% of his recommended amount of bi-polar medicine because someone had changed it.

Ava remained silent for weeks as Sonny gradually started to lose it. However, once Sonny made the decision to battle Ava for exclusive custody of their daughter, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), Ava made the decision to use extortion to force Sonny’s pharmacist to give Sonny only placebos in place of his prescription drugs.

Her scheme involved having Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) incite Sonny’s behavior in court so she could see as he loses it in front of the magistrate. However, she recently told Cates the truth regarding Sonny’s medications.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome is capable of murder

Ava may change her plans now that Sonny is going crazy. She might take matters into her own hands if she discovers that Sonny is so furious with Cates that she wants him killed.

Although Cates has volunteered to help Ava in her custody dispute, Ava ultimately simply has self-interest at heart. It’s possible that Cates will complete the murder and ensure that Sonny is credited with the crime if Sonny is unable to kill her.

Ava has a history of murder, having killed Connie Falconeri (Megan Ward). John might not regret putting his trust in Ava!
