Corrie’s Fiz ‘not pregnant’ as fans ‘work out’ what’s really wrong – and it’s heartbreaking

Fans of Coronation Street are certain that they have figured out what Fiz Dobbs’ true issue is, and it has nothing to do with the fact that she is expecting Tyrone’s second child.

Coronation Street devotees feel they’ve worked out the actual issue with Fiz Dobbs – and it’s not pregnancy.

The adored character, portrayed by Jennie McAlpine, has recently been dealing with strange health issues during a difficult time for the Dobbs family. When Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) reappeared, dragging Tyrone’s (Alan Halsall) secret son Dorin with her, the clan was left reeling.

Afterwards, Fiz and Tyrone were forced to admit Dorin while Alina was in court. Nevertheless, when Alina and Dorin made the decision to permanently leave Weatherfield, things took a drastic turn.

The couple’s problems were exacerbated when they learned that Hope (Isabella Flanagan), their daughter, had started vaping and had been caught red-handed at school. Fiz’s health issues, meanwhile, continued to plague the soap opera over the entire week.

She had periods of lightheadedness at work, and a doctor suggested she get a pregnancy test. According to the Liverpool Echo, she later took one and was astonished to learn she was pregnant.

Tyrone was happy that Fiz had told him about the baby and wanted them to keep it. Fiz wasn’t overly excited about the concept, though, believing she wouldn’t have the energy for another child.

Later, Fiz and Tyrone had an intense conversation when Fiz stated she needed to terminate the pregnancy. Tyrone was told by her that they weren’t ready to start a family at this point in their lives.

Fans now believe Fiz is about to experience a tragic turn of events because she “isn’t actually pregnant.” Online, fans shared their opinions, speculating that Fiz might receive a cancer diagnosis.

On a Coronation Street Facebook fan community, a fan conjectured, saying, “I don’t think Fiz is pregnant; I think the positive result showing will end up being cancer.” “Yes, she just thinks she is pregnant, something bigger is going on, I think,” another person said in response to their observations. In agreement, a third person added, saying, “I don’t think she’s pregnant, it’ll be something like cancer.”
