David becomes anxious and fears what he could do on his own when Shona discloses that Jesse has returned to No. 8 by himself.

Afterwards, Damon phones Sarah and tells her that although he was beaten, he has placed the responsibility for the money theft on one of Harvey’s associates. Right now, they are safe.

But when Damon informs Sarah that they must stop all communication, the relief is fleeting. Sarah apologizes for ever suspecting Jesse and breaks the news to him.

But Jesse has an urgent announcement that will surprise the Platts. What might it be?

When Nick gets home and discovers that they are creating models, he is incredibly amazed by Toyah’s ability to win Sam over. He had previously appeared to be set in his disillusioned ways.

After Nick expresses his continued love for her, Toyah draws him in for a kiss. Is it possible for them to resume their relationship?

After the affair and the Institute fallout, Leanne later tells Nick that she cannot work with him. In order to avoid doing front of house work with him, she encourages him to find another employee.

Perhaps insensitively, Nick gives Toyah the position of Bistro manager.

Nick reassures her that they work well together and that Leanne will adjust despite her doubts. Will she, though?

3. Coronation Street spoilers: Joel’s investigation takes a turn

This week, Kit is having a hard time. He still has misgivings about Dee-Dee. As she talks to Gus about attending the funeral because she believes in forgiveness, he listens, completely doubtful.

Later, at the station, Lisa seems to be undermining Kit and telling him to change Joel’s investigation’s course.

She tells Kit that Joel would have carried some personal items with him if he had intended to flee, and that finding such items could help them track down his killer. Kit is irritated by her intervention because he believed he had it in the bag.

He chooses to present it to the authorities.

Lisa becomes enraged after learning that she has been the subject of a formal complaint. As they grow closer this week, she charges Daisy and Kit with manufacturing it since he’s attempting to win her favor.

What will Daniel do?

5. Coronation Street spoilers: Lisa lies to Betsy

Lisa, who is working on a vandalized car case, discovers that the vehicle was destroyed on the same road where Joel was attacked that same evening. The owner also recalled hearing two guys fighting outside his apartment.

She informs Dee-Dee that a red car struck the vehicle. But Lisa tackles Ronnie in the Rovers after learning that his red car was being repaired. What justification does he possess?

Later on in the apartment, Carla is complimenting Lisa on her job and balancing parenting, but as Carla puts a reassuring touch on her, Lisa recoils and quickly leaves, leaving Carla devastated.

Betsy is not persuaded by Lisa’s justification that she did it at a body combat class as she enters the bathroom and notices her bruises. She tells Mason that she found a bottle of painkillers dated September 28th, and he is surprised to hear that Joel was slain on the 27th.

Betsy is shocked when Daisy reveals that Joel was involved in a fight the night he was killed. What will she do?

Ryan, meantime, wonders if Carla has been truthful about her own behavior on that particular night. Carla is adamant that she left to turn out the lights in the factory. Betsy is misled by Lisa, who claims that her bruises were caused by an accident at work.

Everyone is having in-depth conversations as Carla confesses to Bobby that she briefly visited the factory the night of Joel’s death, but she told the police she spent the entire evening at home with him and Ryan.

In a surprising development, the two erstwhile rivals seem to reconcile. Liam is not paying attention, so he steps out into the traffic.

Billy meets with the Bishop at another location and reassures him that he is prepared to resume his duties. But when he goes over his returning documents, he makes a crucial choice. What might it be?

Back on the cobbles, Bernie arranges for the pub to show the Paul’s Ashes film. Bernie realizes it’s nice of Dev when he learns from Jenny that the buffet was paid for by an unknown donor, revealing Dev’s surprise.

8. Coronation Street spoilers: Steve and Cassie cosy up

As Steve begins a relationship with Cassie this week, love is in the air. In Porto, Ken and Cassie organize outings before going shopping for vacation attire.

An envious Steve is shocked to see how attractive Cassie looks in her new jacket. Maybe he’ll approach?

Steve tries to make a move by disparaging the man Cassie is going to see when she tells him she’s going on a date later. He sounds envious, according to Cassie, who is not impressed. However, Steve saves the day when her date doesn’t work out, takes her to the Rovers, and gives her confidence boost.

Would a spark result from this?

Yes, it does! Ken, meanwhile, is unaware that Cassie and Steve stayed the night together at No. 1.

When Adam visits Ken, he discovers that he has spent hundreds of dollars on first-class tickets and airport lounges, which leaves him perplexed and a little irritated. He tells Steve that he worries about where Ken is getting the money to support his and Cassie’s extravagant lifestyle and that he worries about accruing debt.

Adam and Steve decide that the family has to talk once Ken and Cassie get back from Porto.

Kit seems unfazed by that. Ryan unknowingly shares with Kit all of Daisy’s expectations for a companion. Kit is paying close attention and taking it all in.

Daisy is thrilled when Kit presents her favorite chocolates and confesses that he is addicted to watching Real Housewives later, back at the Rovers. As his idea works out, he feels proud.

It goes even further when Ryan lets slip that Daisy’s favourite film is The Holiday. Kit then suggest to Daisy they watch the film to mark his last night at the pub as he plans to move out.

As Kit flirts with Daisy, Ryan’s shocked to hear of his role and confronts Kit over it.
