General Hospital Spoilers 10/23/24: Will Sonny Help Holly?

According to today’s General Hospital teasers, the tension is so intense that a knife could cut through it! Curtis places the blame, Isaiah wants to help Lucas, Josslyn depends on Dex, Ric attempts to tell Molly the truth, Anna is fed up with the falsehoods, and Holly asks Sonny for help!

Ric’s announcement that the judge had shortened Heather’s sentence and that she would be free tomorrow ruined the evening of Marshall’s farewell celebration. The Ashford family is obviously upset by this information, and Curtis is aware of the exact person who released the murderer. He grits his teeth and replies, “Well, if he isn’t at fault, then who is?”

Isaiah tells Lucas that he owes Lucky and wants to assist since, as a transplant surgeon, he understands the gravity of the impending surgery to save Lulu. He proclaims, “My sister will need me if she has any chance of surviving this.” Will Lucas, however, concur?

It looks like reports of Heather’s freedom have reached Josslyn, who turns to Dex for support. “This was not the news I was expecting to hear tonight,” she admits.

Molly is more focused on his other case, representing Ava in the claims that she threw Kristina out the window, even though Ric may have been the one who got Heather released. However, Ric tells his daughter that he is unable to resign. He adds, “That’s precisely why I can’t drop the case.”

It appears like Holly has returned for a second round after Anna scolded her for not telling Robert that Sasha was his daughter for all these years! Anna implores her to stop lying for once.

Holly believes Sonny is the ideal person to assist her in hiding her identity and securing the diamond she took from Sidwell. However, he appears to be enjoying the fact that he has the upper hand in this situation. Sonny smiles mischievously and jokes, “You must be in some sort of trouble.” Is he going to accept her proposal?
