According to one online fan hypothesis, Kit Green from Coronation Street might be Betsy Swain’s biological father.
Betsy has been causing difficulty with her mother, DS Lisa Swain, ever since she moved onto the Street earlier this year. After a brief encounter with Joel Deering, she even called medical professionals to obtain medication meant to terminate Lauren’s pregnancy.
In other places, Kit has been searching nonstop for Joel’s killer and may even be a suspect. He seems to be attempting to frame Lisa. Is there a possible explanation?

In the past, while Kit was getting ready to relocate, Daisy found a bottle of vodka in his box. Following a confrontation, Kit admitted that he had stolen it to cope with his sadness following Paul’s passing.
But a number of flashbacks showed that Kit might have contributed to Joel’s demise.

After learning that she had yelled at Daisy, the bent copper became curious and told Lisa that her phone would be taken away. On the evening of Joel’s passing, he also interrogated her.
In addition, Kit made the sinister statement to Daisy that he could handle her. He has even been observed to falsify evidence in Joel’s case. What, though, is he concealing?
