EastEnders fans are convinced that Patsy Palmer’s character, Bianca Jackson, will be leaving Albert Square soon, following the confirmation of her sister Sonia Fowler’s recent departure.

Fans are so concerned about her that rumors of her battling a serious health issue have started circulating online.
Despite all the drama, Patsy Palmer, who portrays the fiery redhead, confirmed she’s done playing Bianca and will be leaving Walford after making a dramatic return last year.
On Instagram, Patsy posted a photo of herself as Bianca parked outside the Queen Vic with a mysterious caption: “Bye bye B. Always grateful to see her again.”
This bombshell comes just a few months after the announcement that Natalie Cassidy, aka Sonia Jackson, will also be leaving EastEnders.
It’s not Patsy’s first time saying goodbye to the Square either; she originally left in 1999 after a six-year run, returned for a second stint in 2008, and made a brief return in 2019, according to Plymouth Live.
Last year saw Bianca’s return to the soap, with a storyline revolving around Sonia’s involvement with Reiss. The drama escalated when Bianca was taken hostage by the dangerous Reiss after discovering his dark secret—he had murdered his wife, Debbie, in the hospital.
To protect Sonia, who was wrongfully accused of the crime, Bianca went as far as recording a fake confession.
The tension between the Jackson sisters reached its peak in Tuesday night’s episode, with a gripping confrontation that ended in Bianca slapping Sonia during a heated argument about who had suffered more—Sonia as a mother to Reiss’s child, or Bianca, who had been terrorized while held captive.
Just days before Patsy Palmer confirmed her exit from EastEnders, fans were already coming up with theories about Bianca’s departure. On the r/EastEnders Reddit thread titled “Is Bianca staying for good?”, speculation was buzzing, with one viewer suggesting: “I feel like she will leave with Sonia.”
Another user agreed with this theory, commenting: “I think she’ll leave with Sonia, although I hope she returns in a couple of years. This latest stint has definitely made her one of my favorite characters.”
Following the shocking events of the past month, more fan theories have emerged suggesting that Bianca could be struggling with serious mental health issues.
On a Reddit thread dedicated to TV show discussions, one user shared their disbelief at the storyline: “Bianca is clearly traumatized and likely has PTSD, yet everyone is acting as if being kidnapped for three months is just a normal thing.
