Spoilers for General Hospital hint that once his four hostages fled and his complex was destroyed, Carlo Rota’s character Jenz Sidwell went insane.
His valuable jewels were stolen by Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), which made things even worse. Sidwell has stated unequivocally that he will do whatever it takes to reclaim them and exact revenge on his previous captors.
That implies Port Charles will be his next destination. Furthermore, he probably has backup to carry out his lethal orders.

Sidwell’s fondness for chance-based games is among his biggest flaws. He also disregards life and has extreme mood swings. This implies that Sidwell might come up with some inventive schemes to exact revenge and reclaim his diamonds.
Sidwell will quickly learn that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) come to Port Charles in search of Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) because of Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans). That might give Sidwell a dark notion.
GH Spoilers – Lulu Spencer could become a target
Sidwell might have the thought to get rid of Lulu as the ultimate form of retaliation against Lucky and the other. He may even dispatch one of his guys to assassinate her in her hospital chamber.
He might even choose to turn off Lulu’s life support on his own. However, it’s possible that Sidwell or his men will attempt to snatch Lulu from her room. This would be quite the accomplishment because, aside from the hospital staff, Lulu always has someone by her side. But Lulu would probably die from that right away.
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault to the rescue!
In the meantime, Jeff Kober’s character Cyrus Renault has promised to find a solution to save Lulu. He did, after all, cause the explosion that initially put her in a coma. If Sidwell comes upon Cyrus while attempting to kill Lulu, he might be taken aback.
Despite his claims of repentance, Cyrus might just as well be as ruthless and cunning as Sidwell. Cyrus might utilize his own resources to track down Sidwell even if he manages to escape and eliminate the threat to Lulu permanently.
